Basket/Box

Here is a pattern I'd like to share with you to make a little basket/box with a twist. I made this pattern several years ago and am in the process of digitally redrawing several of my patterns that I had hand drawn in past years. Click HERE for a downloadable PDF.

This particular sample has no stamping on it, but of course it can be made by stamping the card stock rather than using patterned papers.

Enjoy!

Ice Cream Party

This is a card I made at the end of last summer with ACWP's Ice Cream Party. What a fun set!

Cupcake Birthday Card

This is a quick and simple card suitable for beginning stampers. The cupcake stamp is from the Holiday Treats stamp set and Happy Birthday is a stamp from Labels and Tags.

The cupcake was stamped twice. Once on white cardstock and once on printed (polka dot) designer paper. The cupcake stamped on white cardstock was watercolored. The frosting part of the image stamped on polka dot paper was cut out and adhered on top of the white card stock image.

A real birthday candle was softened in a toaster oven (do this carefully!!) and then slightly flatten while it was soft and then cut in half. One candle can make two cards! A colored candle would have been better, but I didn't have any and ended up getting this candle from my neighbor!

Materials list:
Stampin' Up!: Cutie Pie designer paper, Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Whisper White card stock, mini brads, Certainly Celery classic ink (for watercoloring), Dimensionals, small and large Oval Punches, Snail Adhesive.
Stewart Superior: Palette Noir black ink
